Rajesh Anandan is an impact entrepreneur and growth architect. He is the co-founder and CEO of Ultranauts, an award winning data & software quality engineering firm with employees in 30 states across the U.S., 75% of whom are neurodivergent. Ultranauts has been named a FastCompany World Changing Idea, MIT Solve Challenge Winner and Interbrand Breakthrough Brand for its efforts to shape a more inclusive future of work. Anandan is also the founder of Unicef Ventures, an incubator for technology-for-good for kids and creator of Unicef Kid Power, the world's first wearable-for-good named one of TIME’s 25 Best Inventions.

Anandan is a visiting lecturer on social entrepreneurship at MIT, speaks frequently on the topic of inclusive management to both corporate and academic audiences, and has served as an advisor to a wide range of impact entrepreneurs, investors and philanthropists.

Anandan began his career at Microsoft as a program manager, then joined Bain & Company where he focused on business incubation and growth strategy, followed by several intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial roles focused on impact. Anandan grew up in Sri Lanka, has worked in Asia, Africa, Europe and N. America, and has a B.Sc. and M.Eng. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT with concentrations in Artificial Intelligence, Systems Dynamics and Economics.
