Mr. Rajiv Mehrotra, B.Sc., MBA serves as Chairman and Managing Director of Shyam Telecom Ltd. Mr. Mehrotra serves as the Managing Director of Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (Formerly Shyam Telelink Limited). Mr. Mehrotra founded Vihaan Networks Ltd. (also known as VNL) in 2004 and serves as its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President of Shyam Telecom. He served as Deputy General Manager of Koshika Telecom Ltd. Mr. Mehrotra serves as the Chairman of Shyam Telecom Manufacturing Limited and Shyam Telelink Limited. He serves as Director of Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited. He served as Director of Sistema JSFC since June 2009 to June 25, 2011. He serves as a member of various industry associations - including ABTO (Association of Basic Telecom Operators), COAI (Cellular Operators Association of India), FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry), CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), and TEMA (Telecom Equipment Manufacturers Association). He holds an MBA from Lucknow University.
