Rameck Hunt MD

Member of "The Three Doctors," Author, Board Certified Internist

Dr. Rameck Hunt was born like many other young men in Newark, New Jersey where the neighborhood either makes you or breaks you. Hunt found several obstacles on his path to success. Hunt has always had a gift for speaking and has now become a master at telling a story. Similar to a reverend, when he speaks he speaks from past experience of lacking structure and direction in his own life.

Hunt received his Bachelor of Science from Seton Hall University, his Doctor of Medicine from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and completed a residency in internal medicine at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. In 2015, Hunt also received the prestigious "Healthcare Professional of the Year Award" from the New Jersey Hospital Association. Today, Hunt is Board Certified both in internal medicine and obesity medicine and is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Hunt practices internal medicine at the University Medical Center at Princeton. He has also started and is the medical director of the medical weight management program at the University Medical Center of Princeton. In 2000, Hunt along with his best friends felt the burning need to give back to communities in need, and together created The Three Doctors Foundation. This non-profit organization offers a series of free public programs focused upon health, education, leadership and mentoring.
