Randi Crawford is a life coach and entrepreneur with a passion for coaching and educating young adult women and their parents. Crawford started her career as the co-founder of a public healthcare company for midlife women, and after a long hiatus, took a “fun” job in retail, once again, working with women.

Crawford found her purpose when she was introduced to the Jay Shetty Life Coach certification program with the heart of the program serving others. Crawford found a way to funnel her passion and has been coaching, giving workshops, and speaking through her company, Randi Crawford Coaching ever since. Crawford been speaking in San Diego at NCL mother/daughter events for the past two years, and doing company team-building events for the past year.

She’s the newest member of the Shesa10times5 podcast with her “Hard Yes/Hard No” segment at the top of the show and weekly quad recordings.

I've given a TEDx talk on managing my way through severe panic disorder. I was diagnosed as one of the first people (at 6 years old) to experience panic attacks. Through a lifetime of facing my fears, being the wind and not the leaf, and finding my purpose, I have found a way to live an incredibly fulfilled life - and you can too!

The importance of sleep

We often talk about sleep and how we don't get enough of it. Sleep is literally the glue that holds us together and sets us up for an outstanding day.

Having a nighttime ritual that lets us get to bed at a reasonable hour, can change the course of the decisions we make the following day. Sleep is the most underrated self-care thing we can do for ourselves - and hint - it involves putting the cell phone away and getting a sunrise alarm clock for the evening and morning bio hacks!

Self Care in a fast-paced world!

We've all heard the term, self-care isn't selfish. But we need to address how to define self-care and how we can truly live our most purposeful lives. From getting rid of anxiety, understanding coping skills, gaining confidence, helping with decision making and understanding our emotions, we can build from a solid base.

Raising Resilient Children in Today's Digital World

Randi addresses the current environment with the young adults she coaches - they aren't happy. She gives parents things they can do to help their children overcome adversity, gain confidence and coping skills. She believes that we don't like discomfort, and as parents, we really don't like to watch our kids uncomfortable - therefore we "fix" everything. In the long run, we are hurting our kids.
