Ray Attiyah

Entrepreneur, Innovator, Author and Founder & Chief Innovation Officer of Definity Partners

Ray Attiyah is an entrepreneur, innovator, author, Founder & CIO of Definity Partners (a training, process and leadership improvement firm who works primarily with mid-sized manufacturing companies). As the son of a math teacher Ray was raised to be a life-long learner, taught to think and not take everything at face value. As exemplified by his parent's upbringing and careers he learned that anything is possible and one can maintain simplicity in all things done. Ray's innovative entrepreneurial spirit combined with his passion to share his knowledge and experience with others gave him the boldness to start a company more than 17 years ago, at the young age of 26, and over a dozen additional businesses since then; the ability to create and develop the tools, processes and systems needed to implement his approach known as Run Improve Grow™; the expertise to then adapt his approach to meet the needs of any business; and the creativity to now put into words in his first award-winning book The Fearless Front Line the essence of what it will take for any organization to achieve a lifetime of sustainable growth!

Becoming a Talent Magnet to Fuel Innovation and Growth

If you truly believe your people are your greatest asset and that talent drives your organization's peak performance, then to be a top-performing organization, you need to be a talent magnet. Developing a brand of confidence, execution, and bold innovation is the way that talent magnets build a talent fleet. When an organization has a reputation for raising the bar of excellence, more people want to be a part of it. In this discussion Ray shares with you how to assemble a talent fleet, how to up your game, identify what you need, and scout for specific skills and complementary talents.

Develop a Fearless Culture: "I Run This Place"

After working with many organizations developing people and designing processes Ray has found that employees who believe they can be successful each day will hold themselves accountable. Employees who have a fearless environment will take instinctive initiative to make simple improvements every day. Teams who are trusted will collaborate with others to breakdown complex bureaucracy to make it easier to do business -- for their customers, their team members, and themselves. Why would an organization want to develop a Fearless Culture? What are the implications of not doing this and what are the benefits for creating one? During this presentation Ray will not only share the answers to these questions but he will also show you how to create your own Fearless Culture.

The Fearless Front Line: Liberating Leaders to Improve and Grow the Business

Most progressive leaders are committed to growing their businesses and teams, but all too often they find themselves compromising their bold vision, worrying about operational matters, and getting pulled into "the daily run." During this engaging discussion, Ray will share how his proven Run-Improve-Grow (RIG) model allows an organization to create a fearless front line. Audience members are presented with visions of excellence plus a concrete proven system, processes, and tools that will result in responsive, innovative, and nimble organizations filled with inspired, accountable, and confident teams. The RIG model is designed for perpetual and transformational improvement and has been successfully implemented by leaders in small and large organizations.
