Rebekah E mann

An up and coming writer from Eastern Washington. "In 2007 I gave a baby up for adoption, I was 25 years old. It was the hardest decision I have ever made but I can't deny the happiness it had brought Frog Mann's new family."

Along with being a professional tap dancer at the age of 19, choreographer, Aunt, writer, blogger, and traveler, Rebekah has also experienced and survived several hot-issues that women go through in their lives. Aside from going through the adoption and the painful experience of giving up her firstborn son, Frog Mann, she also endured the experience while fighting off an abusive ex-boyfriend, the biological father or sperm donor (as she likes to refer to him as). The other issues she's experienced and handled with sweat, pain, a fighting mentality, and a lot of humor are repressed memories of being molested as a child, being raped at 20, endometriosis, fibroids on her ovaries, blood clots, kidney stones, bladder failure, mastoiditis, removal of tonsils, adenoids, gallbladder and appendix, depression, and weight gain/loss. She is only 28 years old! She's a remarkable person who can sit and talk to anyone and engage in exciting dialogue.

Her main expertise, aside from dancing, is the adoption process from the birthmother's point of view. She feels it is important and necessary that teen mothers and women know that they have more options than becoming a single mother or abortion. Infertility is vast in the United States and even if every teen mother gave their child up for adoption, it still wouldn't cover every couple that is plagued by infertility! She wants to help young mother's, give hope, and spread the message that adoption is love!
