Redia Anderson is an executive coach, diversity and inclusion strategist, author, and speaker with over 25 years of experience in human resources and inclusion management. Anderson has provided leadership and strategic direction as a former Chief Diversity Officer at multiple prominent organizations including Deloitte & Touché LLP, Equiva Services, Sears, Roebuck & Co., and Abbott Laboratories. Before retiring from BP, Anderson also served in a similar capacity, overseeing initiatives aimed at the development, advancement, and retention of top talent.

As the Founder and Managing Partner of Anderson People Strategies, LLC, she has effectively coached and collaborated with senior executives at companies like Deloitte, Shell, the University of Houston, PwC, ExxonMobil, KPMG, and many others. Known for her outcome-focused approach in executive coaching, Anderson engages leaders in positive behavioral shifts that align talent, performance, and business results. Her expertise is further endorsed by her roles as a Certified Hudson Institute Executive Coach and a certified Executive Coach with the International Coach Federation, among other certifications in emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness.

Anderson has co-authored the book "Trailblazers: How Top Business Leaders Are Accelerating Results Through Inclusion and Diversity," and founded AuthenticAllies, a contemporary women's leadership development program. Additionally, she has contributed to numerous boards focusing on health, children's, and women's issues. Based in Houston, Texas, Anderson continues to impact the field of human resources and inclusion through her dedicated work and innovative leadership strategies.
