Redia Anderson is a nationally recognized senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Inclusion Management. Anderson has successfully led and engaged organizations in enterprise-wide change efforts focused on the development, advancement and retention of top performing talent. Prior to her retirement from BP, Anderson served as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer; in addition, Anderson served as the CDIO for Deloitte, EquivaServices (JV between Shell, Texaco, and Saudi Aramco), and Abbott Laboratories.
As a leader in the field of Inclusion & Diversity and change management, Anderson is the Managing Partner of Anderson People Strategies, LLC. She’s worked closely and coached a select cadre of senior executives and leaders at Deloitte, Shell, PwC, Mary Kay, AT&T, AonHewitt, University of Houston, ExxonMobil, KPMG and several other organizations. Anderson is an outcome focused executive coach who enjoys engaging highly talented leaders in positive behavioral shifts which tightly align talent, performance and business results. Anderson has helped executives gain greater insight into their strengths, learning edges and skills which impact their ability to succeed in driving global business results.
Anderson is an independent certified Dare to Lead Facilitator, International Coach Federation PCC certified Executive Coach, a member of the Hudson Institute of Coaching Leadership Team and holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She is the author of Trailblazers: How Top Business Leaders Are Accelerating Results through Inclusion and Diversity.
