Chief Executive Officer at Flex

Revathi Advaithi is the current CEO of Flex, previously known as Flextronics, and is a dedicated advocate for women in STEM and greater diversity in the workplace. Under her leadership, Flex helps a diverse customer base design and build products that improve the world.

Before joining Flex in February 2019, Advaithi held various leadership positions at Eaton and Honeywell. In addition to her role at Flex, she is also an independent director for the Board of Directors of Uber and Catalyst.org. As a co-chair of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Advanced Manufacturing CEO Community, she provides industry guidance for the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. She is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders, the MIT Presidential CEO Advisory Board, and the Catalyst CEO Champions For Change initiative.

Advaithi's commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion is reflected in her advocacy for STEM education for girls and computer science education. This commitment extends to her business philosophy at Flex, where she emphasizes sustainability, culture, diversity, and inclusion. As a result of her leadership, she has been recognized multiple times in Fortune's Most Powerful Women list and was named 'Global Indian of the Year' at the ETPrime Women Leadership Awards 2023.

Throughout her career, Advaithi has demonstrated a strong ability to drive sustainable manufacturing practices and manage crises, as shown by her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has also participated in high-level discussions and events with world leaders such as India Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Joe Biden. Furthermore, Advaithi is a member of the Business Roundtable and has served on the board of BAE Systems. Her influence extends to media appearances in outlets such as The Economic Times, Time, Tech Crunch, The Business Journals, Fortune, Forbes, McKinsey & Company, The Washington Post, Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, and The Verge.

Advaithi's leadership and contributions have been recognized and awarded on multiple occasions. She was named a "CEO Who Gets It" by the National Safety Council and recognized as a Responsible CEO of the Year. She is a frequent public speaker at various conferences and events, including the Fortune Global Forum, Collision, and World Economic Forum. Advaithi is also actively involved in addressing climate change and showed her support for decisive climate steps at COP26.
