Leadership Catalyst, NFL Chaplain, Sports Ministry Expert

Reza Zadeh was born in Abadan, Iran. Early in his life his parents immigrated from Iran and he grew up in a culturally Muslim home in Southern California. Reza was introduced to Jesus through missionaries from Athletes in Action while playing college football at Colorado State University. After his playing days ended he became a coach at the college level as a Graduate Assistant with Colorado State. Here he developed a passion for young people, leaders, influencers and athletes. After studying at Dallas Theological Seminary, Reza pastored College Students at a local Ft Collins church and in 2011 his wife, he and his wife Allyson planted a church in a neighboring community. This church plant grew from a core of 110 people to a thriving church of 950 weekly attendees in 2 ½ years.

In 2014 Reza and Allyson resigned from their church plant and embarked on a journey to help athletes and leaders see their lives and platform clearly. Currently Reza is the Local Director with Athletes in Action in Colorado overseeing ministry at a number of collegiate athletic departments while also serving the Denver Broncos as Team Chaplain. Reza has a passion to propel others to their fullest potential while he skillfully communicates eternal truths with business leaders, athletes and community influencers.
