Rhonda Tagge is a leading expert on how exercise and nutrition are critical for mental health.

Rhonda Tagge has dedicated the past 30 years of her life working with women and children to improve their lives. Founder of the Olive Crest Foster Family Agency and holding a degree in Psychology, her emphasis on the importance of mental health on the body has led her to help and improve the lives of many women and at-risk children. As Director of Food and Nutrition at Olive Crest and as an Amen Method Professional, Rhonda is passionate about educating people on the profound effects and benefits that exercise and nutrition have on the brain and holds various workshops and lectures to encourage women to take control of their lives. Working both with John Tagge and his Tagge Afterburn Program, Rhonda incorporates how both diet and exercise leads to a happy body and a happy brain.

As a devoted working mother of two, Rhonda understands the unique challenges of balancing family, career and health, and the assumption that you have to choose one or the other. She knows the psychological drain that can otherwise discourage people to not go to the gym. “I know what it feels like to work all day and then have to take care of the kids. The last thing I want to do is go exercise and workout for an hour when I am already so tired. It is my passion to share with woman how to make it work for themselves and their families.”
