Rhys Coiro (born March 12, 1979) is a television and stage actor in the United States. He is best known for his recurring characters Billy Walsh on Entourage and Vincent Bianchi on Ugly Betty. He is now going to be providing a role in season seven of 24. He graduated with a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University, School of Drama.
