Ricardo A. Haila is a renowned multi-instrumentalist, electronic music artist, and expert in live performance and innovative music production. He has performed at prestigious events such as the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, the Asian Cup 2024, and at UNESCO in Paris.
Haila studied under world-renowned drummers like Mark Guiliana, Ari Hoenig, and Steve Smith. While he specializes in drum set performance, he also blends his mastery of traditional instruments, including the qanoun, darbouka, riq, and frame drums, with his deep passion for electronic music. His ability to merge electronic sounds with acoustic instruments creates a unique fusion that has captivated audiences worldwide.
Throughout his career, Haila has collaborated with notable artists such as Ziad Rahbany, Omar Rahbany, the Lebanese Philharmonic Orchestra, and Jihad Akl. His solo projects include the album Echoes of the Future and his book Flow in Rhythm, showcasing his musical vision and technical expertise.
