Richard Browning is an English inventor, entrepreneur and speaker. In March 2017, he founded Gravity Industries Ltd, the company behind the Daedalus Mark 1, a jet pack that uses miniature jet engines to achieve flight. One can control the speed and direction of the flight using their arms. This innovative new technology has led to media outlets dubbing Browning, who uses the jet pack himself, "real-life Ironman."

Browning is an ultra-marathon runner and he was formerly in the Royal Marines Reserve.
