Richard is a pathfinder who accelerates the growth of business champions. He is a proven leader as a strategic facilitator, trainer and consultant; working in transportation, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, technology and healthcare. Richard employs a unique framework to get people working together, unravel complex issues and establish direction.

For over 27 years he has been a pathfinder, serving clients in the consulting industry across a broad base of organizations from Pacific Strategies Group, Canadian Pacific to PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In 2004, Richard left the corporate world to form a BraveWorld. A company dedicated to working with business leaders and their teams to help them make better business decisions.

In 2005, he pioneered the Business Analysis Program at Mount Royal University, Calgary, Alberta. By 2010, he received the University's Distinguished Faculty Teaching Award for his contribution to the overwhelming success of that program and his work within the business community.

That same year he was honoured to receive MKS's Business Recognition Award for his work with Alberta Entrepreneurs and Business Enterprises in strategic planning and business leadership development.

As a writer, his thought leadership and edgy idea have been featured in publications around the world including Business Analyst Times and the Project Times. He regularly contributes to on-line publications and social media with a focus on providing business rich content to help keep organizations' on track.

Like athletes, Richard believes you need to train to become a business champion. In 2015, Richard will release his book - The Setability Factor. It is winning approach to help you fine tune your business to achieve positive impact.

Part facilitator, coach, and cheerleader, Richard guides his clients to renewed hope, a bigger vision, and a realistic, actionable roadmap as a means to their success.
