Richard Sandler is a partner in the law firm of Maron & Sandler, specializing in business restructurings and acquisitions, securities transactions and real estate. An investor for over 25 years, he has acted as managing partner of various partnerships that have invested in securities, business transactions, and various commercial and industrial real estate projects. He serves on the board of KUE Management Inc., a leading company in early childhood education and educational programs and services, and some of its subsidiaries. He is also on the board of Heron International, a worldwide leader in property development. Sandler serves as executive vice president and trustee of the Milken Family Foundation, chair of the Jewish Federation Council of Greater Los Angeles and a board member of the American Jewish University, Milken Community High School, the University of California, Berkeley Foundation, the Prostate Cancer Foundation and the Milken Institute. He holds a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and a J.D. from UCLA Law School.
