He can help you identify those within your business that have the greatest potential, and can help move your organization forward in a step-wise way.  Since 1988, Rick has been working with companies of all sizes from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

In 1990, after having developed one of the largest chiropractic practices in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of twenty-six, Rick started Goodman Presentations - a consulting company designed to help physicians grow their practices and achieve financial independence.

Rick sold his practice in 1994 to work with executives at AT&T, who were developing call centers for their (800) Imagine project. Upon completion of that project, Rick was retained by executives of the soon-to-be merging McDonnell Douglas and Boeing Corporations. His job was to structure their management teams and union workers into self-directed work teams. The project was a resounding success and the teams were able to manage their own departments, increase efficiency, productivity and profits, saving the company millions of dollars per year. In conjunction with this project, Rick had the opportunity to consult with leaders from all branches of the armed services, working with them to maximize the productivity and potential of their troops.

In 1995, the Los Angeles Rams moved to St. Louis, and Rick went back into practice again after being given the opportunity to work with the team.

That same year, he was named the chiropractor for the St. Louis Ambush professional indoor soccer team. In March of 2000, Rick relocated to Miami, Florida to become Vice-President of Operations for a new company called Neurology Associates Group, Inc. Rick helped to grow the company from two facilities at its inception to eleven facilities - making them one of the largest Neurology groups in South Florida, with over one hundred employees and several million dollars in revenue per year.

Recently Rick formed two new companies Alliance Trust, Inc. and Advantage Legal Seminars. Alliance Trust specializes in mergers and aquisitions of existing companies including commercial real estate investment and management. Advantage Legal seminars is a company that has a full line of seminars and products that are approved for continuing legal education in ten states and growing.
