Rick Tate is internationally known for his pioneering work in service quality improvement, leadership development, and organizational excellence.

As co-founder of ThinkIT, he has designed leadership training and management development programs, as well as service improvement processes, for such notable organizations as Walt Disney World, Xerox, IBM, the National Park Service, Johnson & Johnson, and J.C. Penney. He co-authored the nationally-acclaimed program, "Legendary Service," for Blanchard Training & Development.
