Executive Producer & Star of ABC’s "Shark Tank"; Cybersecurity Expert; CEO of Cyderes

Robert Herjavec is a globally recognized business leader and trusted cybersecurity expert. For the last 15 years, Herjavec has been well-known as one of the founding Sharks and executive producer of ABC’s Emmy-Award winning hit show, Shark Tank.

Born in Communist Yugoslavia, Herjavec and his parents left with very little for a better life in Canada. Boarding a boat called the Cristeforo Columbo in Italy, they made their way to a new world. From delivering newspapers to waiting tables, to launching a billion-dollar, global computer company from his basement, Herjavec’s drive to achieve has led him to the fulfillment of a better life in a classic rags to riches story.

Herjavec’s inspiring books have all appeared on bestsellers’ lists, two of them being notably featured in the Top 10 at the same time. A well-known motivational speaker, Herjavec has spoken to purpose-driven companies around the world ranging from IBM to HP and many more. He has spoken to crowds as small as 50 and as large as 20,000 and has shared the stage with Tony Robbins, Oprah, and many others. He has also been featured inside and on the cover of multiple lifestyle and business magazines including Inc, Success, Forbes, Fortune and more.

Driven: How to Succeed in Business and Life

In his presentation, Herjavec shares his hard-won wisdom. "Driven" is organized by the work and life principles that made Robert Herjavec both wealthy and successful (indeed, these terms are not synonymous). Herjavec reveals the secrets that took him from waiting tables to growing his nascent technology company, The Herjavec Group, into a world-class conglomerate. His principles are as valuable in the living room as they are in the boardroom. Anyone can succeed, on their own terms, by following his sage but simple advice -- as long as they're willing to take chances, take control of their future and stay true to their vision.

The Will to Win - Leading, Competing & Succeeding

Whether you are seeking to build the next big company in communications technology, to become the most respected teacher in your educational system, or to make a lasting impact as an artist in your field, the most important decision you can make, according to Herjavec, is to reject mediocrity. In the long run, "good enough" is never good enough, whether in our personal lives or in our careers. Drawing on anecdotes from his own life and from the lives of celebrity friends such as Oprah, Georges St-Pierre and Celine Dion, Herjavec delivers valuable life lessons that promise to guide readers to greater happiness and success.
