As a "Master Communicator" Glenda Horton Manning is considered among the most sought after motivational speakers in the Southern States. She is the Chief Executive Officer/Founder of an organization providing motivational seminars, human behavioral workshops and special event speaker services to schools, churches, private enterprises and the general public.

Manning has provided the leadership in establishing resource centers for parents and families throughout the nation. Her goal is to empower individuals to reach their greatest potential at home, in the community and throughout life. Among the many organizations to reap positive benefits from her services are Habitat for Humanity, The Salvation Army Women's Shelter and Child Care Resources. Additionally, Glenda Horton Manning has provided consultant services for the North Carolina State Department of Instruction and the National Department of Education and Labor.
