Robert Irvine

Celebrity Chef, Philanthropist, Fitness Expert

Robert Irvine is a world-class chef, fitness authority, and philanthropist. He is widely recognized for pioneering a new genre of programming for Food Network with his extreme cooking challenge show, "Dinner: Impossible," which ran for 7 seasons and over 100 episodes. Building on that success, he introduced "Restaurant: Impossible," which has filmed 16 seasons and over 170 episodes. In this show, Irvine not only renovates restaurants and retrains staff in record time but also counsels owners through personal and business challenges.

In addition to his television work, Irvine has appeared on several other Food Network shows including "Worst Cooks in America," "Next Iron Chef," "Restaurant Express," "Chopped: Impossible," "Guy’s Grocery Games: Impossible," and "A Hero’s Welcome." He has also featured on ABC’s "Body of Proof" and ABC Family’s "Melissa and Joey."

As an author, Irvine has written five books: "Impossible to Easy," "Mission: Cook," "Fit Fuel," "Family Table," and "Overcoming Impossible: How to Lead, Build a Team, and Catapult Your Business to Success." His cookbooks simplify gourmet cooking for home chefs, and his most recent business leadership book provides insights into overcoming challenges in business environments. "Fit Fuel" reflects his expertise as a fitness authority, combining whole-food recipes with motivational fitness and workout advice. Irvine has been recognized as one of the "25 Fittest Guys in America" by Men's Fitness magazine and maintained a monthly recipe column in Muscle & Fitness magazine for five years.

In May 2016, Irvine launched Robert Irvine Magazine, a free digital magazine that offers healthy recipes, fitness advice, and motivational content. The magazine also highlights Irvine’s involvement with the USO and other military organizations, featuring interviews with a variety of public figures.

A staunch supporter of the military, Irvine founded The Robert Irvine Foundation in 2014 to aid veterans and their families. He is involved in several business ventures including Robert Irvine’s Public House in Las Vegas and Fresh Kitchen by Robert Irvine at the Pentagon. Additionally, he owns FitCrunch, which produces protein bars and snacks, and Robert Irvine Foods, offering prepared dishes in grocery stores. He is also a co-owner of Boardroom Spirits. A significant portion of his business proceeds supports The Robert Irvine Foundation, which collaborates with organizations like the USO, Valor Service Dogs, the Gary Sinise Foundation, and the American Veterans Center.

Irvine regularly participates in troop rallies and tours with the USO, including a recent tour with the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He serves on the board of directors for The USO’s DC-Metro chapter, the organization’s largest chartered chapter. Through his various platforms and initiatives, Irvine continues to inspire and support communities, particularly military families, while promoting healthy living and successful business practices.
