Fans of the University of Denver athletics know Robert as the public address voice of the Pioneers' Division I athletic teams from 1995 - 2005, including the 2003 - 2004 and 2004 - 2005 NCAA national champion Denver Pioneer hockey team. Robert has also taught working professional students for the last ten years as an adjunct faculty member of the Applied Communications Masters Degree Program at the University of Denver.

Robert McMahan is best known for sharing his expertise with thousands of people in more than 250 seminars for businesses ranging in size from small non-profits to Fortune 500 giants. Hundreds of productive adults credit Robert with dramatic turn-around in their perspectives and performance after attending his seminars.

Currently a Leadership Development Specialist, Robert McMahan spends most days coaching, training, and consulting supervisors and managers at T-Mobile. He has authored more than a dozen articles on various business topics and is contributing author to the 2005 business book, Leadership Defined.

Robert performed with the International educational leadership program Up With People and is a graduate of Leadership Denver (1998). Robert is also a qualified MBTI practitioner, and member of National Speakers Association, Association for Psychological Type, and Toastmasters International.

Robert McMahan's formal education includes: Ph.D. candidate, University of Denver, adult studies and training; M.Ed., Arizona State University, higher education and adult curriculum design; B.J., University of Texas, in broadcast journalism.
