Roberts varied background includes work as a management consultant, trainer and meeting facilitator for a variety of clients ranging from the U.S. Army to the Immigration & Naturalization Service. He was Director of Quality Management for a division of McGraw-Hill publishing and while in the military became a member of the Armys Psychological Operations Unit, based in the Special Warfare Section of the John F. Kennedy Center for Military Assistance. Robert has created and instructed business management courses for Penn State University and has published articles in the OE Communiqu, a management journal.
