Bob Roth is a meditation teacher and executive director of the David Lynch Foundation, a charity which has brought meditation to underserved youth globally, to veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress, and to women and children who are survivors of domestic violence. He also directs the nonprofit Center for Leadership Performance, which brings transcendental meditation to companies, organizations, and government. Roth has taught transcendental meditation for 43 years to many thousands of people, including Martin Scorsese, Jerry Seinfeld, and Arianna Huffington. He is the author of the book, Transcendental Meditation, which has been translated into 20 languages, and has done many lectures, videos, and media appearances on the topic.
