Robert Ruberton is a partner in Apollo Credit and the firm's senior portfolio manager for European credit, responsible for European investments across the Apollo credit platform. Ruberton, who joined Apollo in 2004, has had investment responsibilities across multiple credit funds, including Apollo Investment Corp., Apollo Investment Europe and the Credit Opportunity Funds. Previously, he was with Arsenal Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund. Before that, he was an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the Leveraged Finance Group. Ruberton graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in economics.
