Robert Ruberton is a Senior Partner at Apollo, having joined in 2004. He currently serves as the Global Co-Head of Hybrid Value. Prior to joining Apollo, Ruberton spent four years at Arsenal Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund. Before that, he was an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1997 to 2000.

Ruberton graduated cum laude from Harvard College with an AB in Economics in 1997. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Peddie School and of Montclair Kimberley Academy.
