Roberto Milk is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Novica.com, a social impact marketplace transforming artisans' lives globally. Partnered with National Geographic, UNICEF, and Kiva, Novica, under Milk's leadership, has empowered village economies, sending over $100M to artisans while championing sustainable entrepreneurship and global cultural preservation. Milk's Peruvian grandmother was one of Novica's first artisans.

Prior to Novica, Milk worked as an investment banker for Prudential Securities, where he helped raise over $1 billion in capital markets transactions, M&A transactions and venture capital financing.

Milk, a Stanford University graduate, is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and a board member of LOVE GOODLY. He has long written about creating an economic development model for artisans in Peru and other developing nations around the world.
