Mr. Robi Blumenstein serves as the President of CHDI Foundation, Inc. Mr. Blumenstein served as an Executive Officer of Stone Point Capital LLC. Mr. Blumenstein served as Head of the U.S. Merchant Banking operations of CIBC Capital Partner. Mr. Blumenstein served as a Managing Director of CIBC Capital Partners, the merchant banking arm of CIBC World Markets. He was a Principal at MMC Capital Corporation, Inc., where he worked with the MMC Communications & Information Funds. Prior to joining CIBC, he was a Senior Vice President of First City Capital Corporation from July 1984 to May 1991. He was a Principal, Communications & Information Funds at MMC Capital Communications & Information Fund, L.P. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Equator Technologies, Xanoptix, and Xelu, Inc. Mr. Blumenstein served as a Director of Purple Communications Inc. (formerly, GoAmerica Inc.) from June 1999 to 2003. Mr. Blumenstein received a B.A. from Innis College, University of Toronto in 1975, an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto in 1978, and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (Baker Scholar) in 1984.
