Robin Wilson

Nationally Recognized Lifestyle Brand Entrepreneur; Best-Selling Author of "CLEAN DESIGN: Wellness for your Lifestyle" & Domestic Violence Survivor

Robin Wilson grew up with a few strikes against her: asthma and allergies requiring hospitalization, severely bowed legs requiring braces and goals that were too big for some of those in her hometown to understand. Yet, she used the barriers to leap higher and stronger and achieved her bucket list by age 35. With the global pandemic and Work From Home #WFH moment, her talks are blunt, funny and animated. She will also talk about the ups-and-downs of life to remind people that the reality of life often intrudes on your goals – and she can guide audiences to a new outlook on their life...it is all in the little steps! And as a public speaker and consultant, she provides helpful advice on building a brand and inspires entrepreneurs to continue their journey. Plus, as a domestic violence survivor, she offers insights on overcoming adversity as you move toward the “you” by giving gifts today to your future self.

As an entrepreneur, she used her insight to capture a segment of the $60 billion market for asthma-friendly healthy spaces. With an eponymous licensed brand, Robin Wilson Home has sold over $85 million (wholesale!) to consumers. Her most recent book, CLEAN DESIGN: Wellness for your Lifestyle, won over 15 book awards and was #1 on Amazon and Kindle books (2015) and guides the consumer to the simple changes to create a healthier living space. Retailers such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Kohls and HomeGoods have carried her line of licensed pillows, bedding & bath products.

She is the first woman to license her name to eco-friendly kitchen cabinetry which was sold by over 400 independent kitchen retailers and the second black woman to have a line at Bed Bath & Beyond (after the legendary B. Smith). She has built her lifestyle brand from zero to an authentic entrepreneurial vision based on simple solutions to create an eco-friendly/sustainable/hypoallergenic space.

Robin Wilson holds an MS from New York University (Real Estate Finance) and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin. She is an unpaid ambassador to the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America and previously served on the board of the Sustainable Furnishings Council.
