A wellness industry pioneer since 2000, her collection of textiles and mattresses are sold at retail, including Macy's, Belk and UK-based NEXT. Named to INC magazine’s “Top 100 Female Founders” list (2020), Wilson speaks at conferences and industry events.

She is the author of two award-winning books and an ambassador to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. Wilson’s social justice mission continues with Project Lilac, along with the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation donating lilac sheet sets to domestic violence survivors.
