Rocío Lorenzo is the Chief Customer Officer and a Senior Vice President of Liberty Latin America. Lorenzo was formerly a member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications; Marketing, Sales & Pricing; and People & Organization practices.

During her time with BCG, Lorenzo worked extensively in telecommunications and TV/media, advising large companies on strategy development, growth programs in marketing and sales, efficiency improvement programs, and customer experience, as well as on realigning their organizations, and ensuring successful post-merger integrations.

Additionally, Lorenzo serves as a career advisor for consultants and led BCG’s Women's Initiative in the Munich office.

Before joining BCG, she worked for Siemens AG.
