Roger Gehrmann is the Group Creative Director at Pandora, where he co-founded Studio Resonate – the audio-first creative consultancy. Studio Resonate is made up of fifty strong team of copywriters, designers, audio producers and developers that produce innovative advertising for some of the biggest brands on the planet. Back in Australia, his previous home, he worked across several leading digital agencies – delivering award-winning campaigns for brands such as Audi, Diageo, and Fox picking up a plethora of OneShow, Echo, Effie and D&AD trophies along the way.

Gehrman's expertise in digital advertising helped Pandora drive more than half a billion dollars in advertising revenue in 2019. Outside of the office you can usually find him teaching Experience Design and UX at General Assembly, and coaching a kid’s Jiu-Jitsu class on Saturday mornings.
