Roni Frank is the Cofounder and Head of Clinical Services at Talkspace, an online and mobile therapy company. She came up with the idea for Talkspace while pursuing a graduate degree. During her studies, Frank read about the inadequate mental health system in place in the United States and combined this dissatisfaction with the rise of social media. Before this, Frank was a software developer.

Frank holds a Bachelor's degree from IDC Herzliya and a Masters degree from New York Graduate School of Psychoanalysis.
