For over 20 years, Rori Duboff has been working as a digital strategist across marketing, media, and design, from the mid-90s when the Internet was nascent to the world today — where digital devices and connectivity permeate everywhere.

Virtual & Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence & Robotics all fascinate her. She enjoys thinking about how all these revolutionary technologies, devices, data, and content will continue to merge together to create new worlds of experiences, the Metaverse.

In her most recent role as Chief Innovation Officer at TBWA\Chiat\Day, she was responsible for driving innovation at the agency and helping clients build total brand experiences that harness industry disruption, while evolving the agency’s own practices and ways of working.

Prior, she spent five years at Accenture Interactive as Managing Director, where she launched and built out the first immersive content and experiences studio in New York, delivering virtual and augmented reality strategies and experiences for enterprise clients (across healthcare, retail, automotive, and media).

She has also held senior roles as the Global Head of Digital Strategy, EVP at Havas Media Group, and Partner, Director of Digital Strategy at Ogilvy.

Her background also includes time at Omnicom agency Merkley + Partners, IPG Huge, Foote, Cone & Belding, Credit Suisse Asset Management, and the Art Directors Club. In the late 1990s, she also co-founded the design consultancy Futureflair.

She holds an MBA in marketing and media from the Stern School of Business, New York University, and a BA in political science and art from the University of Pennsylvania.
