Rory Medcalf is a nonresident senior fellow with Managing Global Order. An international strategy expert based in Australia, he focuses his research on managing challenges to security and stability in Indo-Pacific Asia. He directs the international security program at the Lowy Institute and chairs the Australia-India Roundtable, the leading informal dialogue between the two countries.
