Following on from a career in the NGO sector, Ros has been working with the International Business Leader's Forum (IBLF) since 1991 pioneering the organisation's cross-sector partnership work. She has experience of developing partnerships for sustainable development in more than 25 countries working with international corporations, the United Nations, governments and a wide range of civil society organisations.

On behalf of the Forum, she has developed and run training programmes in partnership-building skills for the World Bank Group (in collaboration with Cambridge Programme for Industry) and the United Nations (in collaboration with the UN Staff College). In addition to her work in developing the Post Graduate Certificate in Cross-sector Partnerships (with the University of Cambridge), Ros has also developed a professional accreditation programme for partnership brokers in collaboration with the UK's Overseas Development Institute.
