Rubén Harris is the co-founder and CEO of Career Karma, a company that helps aspiring tech professionals find the right job training programs and provides ongoing career support.

Prior to starting Career Karma, Harris worked in sales, partnerships, and lead generation roles at three different technology companies, including Honor, Hustle, and AltSchool. Before breaking into tech himself, Harris was an investment banker for three years, where he met Career Karma co-founders Artur Meyster and his twin brother Timur Meyster. Together, they launched the podcast "Breaking Into Startups," which shares inspiring stories of individuals who entered the tech industry from non-traditional backgrounds. Career Karma emerged from the podcast, successfully progressing through Y Combinator and raising $52 million from Silicon Valley investors since its inception.

Harris is a graduate of Southern Adventist University with a double major in Business Administration and Music. He has been playing the cello for 30 years.
