Ruchika Tulshyan is the author of "Inclusion on Purpose: An Intersectional Approach to Creating a Culture of Belonging at Work." She’s also the founder of Candour, an inclusion strategy practice. A former international business journalist, Tulshyan is a regular contributor to The New York Times and Harvard Business Review.

As a keynote speaker, Tulshyan has addressed audiences at organizations like NASA, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and U.S. Congress.

Tulshyan’s first book is "The Diversity Advantage: Fixing Gender Inequality in the Workplace."

Tulshyan is on the Thinkers50 Radar list, LinkedIn’s 2022 Top Voices on Gender Equality, and named among Hive Learning's Most Influential D&I Professionals for two years in a row. She's a Singaporean foodie who currently calls Seattle home.
