Award-Winning Ambassador for The New Paradigm for Gender Equity; Author of "Branding Your X-factor"

Rúna Magnúsdóttir is the Ambassador for The New Paradigm Gender Equity Manifesto, a leadership coach and mentor, founder and CEO of The Change Makers, co-creator of #NoMoreBoxes The Transformational Movement, the Antidote to Division and Black and White Thinking.

She is an inspirational international speaker, strategist and author, born, raised and living in Iceland.

She is known for her humor and a keen sense and insight into human behavior. Magnúsdóttir is known for her ability to create an open space for different conversations in a way that participants feel safe and available to explore their unconscious biases, their underlying programs that control 90-95% of human actions and black and white thinking.

Magnúsdóttir played a leading role in Iceland’s National Assembly of 2009, where the nation’s leaders collectively worked together to reinvigorate the country following its economic crash. The group tapped into the values and future vision of the island nation and transformed Iceland’s economy by branding their uniqueness, or their X-factor, as Magnúsdóttir calls it. This work became the cornerstone for her personal branding coaching and consulting business.

She is the author of the book and program; "Branding Your X-factor" and co-author of "The Story of Boxes: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly." - and the creator of "The Game of Boxes," the game that expands, challenges and helps humanity to break free from their social conditioning.

She has received several international awards for her work, including;
The International WICCI Award 2022 by the Women Economic Forum, TIAW The 100 World of Difference Award 2009, The Leadership Award from The Network for Transformational Leaders 2019, and The EU-WIIN 2011 Awards for Capacity Building, to name a few.

Magnúsdóttir currently dedicates her work to guiding, mentoring and coaching thought-leaders and other change-makers worldwide, becoming the change they want to see in their world.
