Ryan Pandya is the co-founder and CEO of Perfect Day, Inc., a company started in 2014 with Perumal Gandhi, whose mission is to create delicious animal-free dairy products. The pair brought together a diverse team of chefs, food developers, scientists, engineers, and marketers to achieve this goal.

Prior to founding Perfect Day, Inc., Pandya was a Process Development Associate at MassBiologics.

Pandya attended Tufts University where he received a Bachelor's of Science in Chemical & Biological Engineering.
