Ryan Peck serves as the Assistant Athletics Director of the UTC Mocs Club & Marketing for the Chattanooga Mocs. He joined UTC as the Director of Marketing and Promotions in 2008 and was promoted to his current position in July 2011.

His focus has shifted to development and fundraising, but he still oversees the Mocs marketing efforts. During his three years as the Director of Marketing, Peck brought an innovative style that more than doubled the average attendance at Mocs football games.

Since arriving at UTC, Peck and the Mocs have netted seven NACMA Best of Awards for their unique approach to collegiate athletics marketing. Football attendance has set school records in season ticket sales and average attendance in each of the last two seasons. 2009-10 saw the second-highest season ticket sales in Lady Mocs women's basketball history.

Peck has served as the site championship marketing and promotions director for the NCAA FCS Championship Game, NCAA Women's Basketball First and Second Rounds, NCAA Men's Golf Championship as well as SoCon Championships for basketball and softball.

Peck previously served as Director of Sales with Nelligan Sports Marketing at Florida Atlantic University. Peck helped increased sponsorships by more than 50 percent and obtained several thousand dollars of promotional giveaways for fans. He was also responsible for creating all marketing proposals and contracts.

Prior to his promotion to Director of Sales, Peck served as Marketing Assistant and Broadcast Coordinator for the Owls. He coordinated FAU football and basketball radio broadcasts and the FAU Sports Page weekly radio show featuring FAU Head Football Coach Howard Schnellenberger.

While with Nelligan Sports Marketing, Peck earned his Masters of Business Administration in Sport Management from the FAU Barry Kaye College of Business in 2008. He worked with the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association in marketing/game operations and volunteered with the Jason Taylor Foundation.

Prior to his time at FAU, the Lilburn, Ga., native received his B.S. in Business Administration from Lander University in Greenwood, S.C., where he was a four-year member of the nationally-ranked soccer team. While serving as the President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, he also received Peach Belt Conference President Honor Roll and All-Sportsmanship Team honors.

Peck played in goal for the Chattanooga FC (NPSL), a semi-professional soccer team, from 2009-11. He serves as a volunteer assistant with the Lady Mocs' soccer team and is a youth soccer coach with Chattanooga United. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Running Through Walls Foundation.
