Salim Hirji is a Private Equity Associate at Apollo Global Management.

Hirji has been an Associate of Apollo Global Management since 2013. He played a key role in the prominent Athene investment including leading the IPO and $2.5 billion of secondary equity deals. Previously, he was a member of the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group of Goldman, Sachs. Between his work at Apollo and his prior experience in investment banking, Hirji has approximately 6 years of experience analyzing, financing and investing in public and private companies.

Hirji is also a Director of Mood Media Corporation and a Director of Presidio, Inc. In 2018, he was chosen for the Forbes 30 Under 30​ list.

Hirji attended Columbia University​ and graduated summa cum laude​ and Phi Beta Kappa​ with a BA in Economics​ and Political Science​.
