Richard Goldberg is a veteran advisor, teacher and author specializing in the global banking industry. For more than 25 years, he was the “investment banker” to the commercial and investment banks providing mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance advice for Wasserstein Perella, Lazard and Lehman. Over the past seven years, he has been a senior advisor to a number of leading financial institutions as well as a faculty member at Columbia University's School of International & Public Affairs and a senior lecturer at Brandeis University's International Business School. In addition, Mr. Goldberg has authored a book for Wiley & Sons entitled, “The Battle for Wall Street” and provided guest commentary to Bloomberg TV, NPR and other noteworthy media outlets.
