Senior Manager of Club Social Media Strategy at National Football League (NFL)

Sana Merchant is the Senior Manager of Club Social Media Strategy at the National Football League (NFL). Merchant advises the NFL's 32 clubs' executive teams on their social media strategy. She also oversees all social reporting that is distributed from the NFL to the clubs and helps teams analyze the data.

Merchant leads relationships with all major social platforms with which the NFL has deals—such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. As well, she launched the Social Managers Workshop, an annual meeting for teams' social staff.

Prior to joining the NFL's Social Media team, Merchant worked a variety of roles at Empire State Realty Trust and Burson-Marsteller.

She recieved her Bachelor's of Arts in Corporate COmmunication & Public Affairs and Sports Management from Southern Methodist University.
