Sandrine Devillard is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company who has recently transferred in Montreal, after 24 years in Paris. Since she joined McKinsey in 1993, she has been serving leading European retail companies on strategy, creation of activity, organizational and operational management challenges, as well as leading mall operators in Europe, Middle East, Latam for the past 14 years.

She has been leading the McKinsey All In and has led efforts to develop gender diversity at the firm for ten years. She led and co-authored the firm’s annual Women Matter report since 2007, assessing women’s contribution to the economic performance of corporations and exploring ways to increase gender diversity in top management, and co-authored our 2017 report on gender equality in Canada, titled “The Power of Parity: Advancing women’s equality in Canada”.

She is also a member of the McKinsey Global Institute Council and is familiar with our groundbreaking research on immigration.

Sandrine is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris.
