Sandy Speicher is an associate partner at IDEO, leading its education practice. She and her teams have helped create a scalable and affordable school model in Peru, strategies to improve schools for the poor in India, and launched 100k in 10, a collaboration with Carnegie Corporation. Speicher previously taught visual communications at Washington University and design thinking to fifth-graders. She launched her design career at MetaDesign. She serves as a strategic advisor to K-12 Lab at Stanford d.school and the Learning, Design, and Technology program in Stanford’s School of Education. She is on the board of the IQ Collective.
