In 2012, he founded Team No Excuses Fitness and Nutrition, a global company dedicated to helping individuals achieve their nutrition and fitness goals by providing clear and accurate information. Raja's commitment to public education continues to build a supportive following, and he has been featured on various platforms including TV, radio, podcasts, and more for his expertise in health and nutrition.

Raja is also a published author, having released "The Food Talk: A Parents’ Guide to Teaching Healthy Habits to Kids of All Ages" in late 2018, which received numerous positive reviews and sparked interest from Hollywood producers. He is actively developing a TV show based on the book, aiming to further influence healthy lifestyle choices among viewers.
