Sarah was born in North Wales and has worked across the world, recently landing in London.

Sarah has extensive experience in leading commercial teams. At present she is Managing Director - Operations for Accenture’s UKI Life Sciences business, as well as being a Commercial Director for global client engagements.

Sarah has assembled large teams in response to business needs for change and innovation, with an ability to restructure operational and business processes in ways that elicit maximum potential.

Believing that that the world can best be changed from the lens of the mind, Sarah trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and has lectured internationally about her unique approach to time mastery. She was a mentor on the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, supporting young female entrepreneurs.

Sarah became a Non-Executive Director of the One Moment Company in order to share with senior leaders her passion for time as the cornerstone of transformation.
