Sarah Britton is the author and chef behind the blog "My New Roots." Since October 2007, she has used her blog to share recipes and ideas that revolve around her plant-based way of eating.
Britton started her blog to share the knowledge she gained through an education in Holistic Nutrition. She uses "My New Roots" as a non-biased space for people to learn about how to take better care of themselves through diet and lifestyle.
Britton is a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP). She attended the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, Canada.
