Sarah is a writer, editor, and recovering perfectionist. She spent fifteen years working in the New York publishing industry where she was privileged to edit talented authors such as Jessica Knoll, Gillian Flynn, Emily Nagoski, James Lee Burke, Chris Cleave, and many, many more.

In 2015, she left it all behind in pursuit of a life more suited to her- moving with her husband from Brooklyn to the Dominican Republic. In celebration of her life-changing move and career change, Knight penned the first of her series of"No Fucks Given Guides." She has written four of these guides, each one detailing her own journey while offering advice with a humorous twist. Knight is frequently recognized for her viral "The Magic of Not Giving a Fck," TEDxTalk which has nearly 10 million views. She is also the host of the "No Fcks Given" Podcast.
