Sarah Peacey is a Management Consultant with KPMG’s People and Change practice based in Chicago, IL. She specializes in behavioral change management, talent acquisition, project management and social media. In her current role, Sarah is leading the change management and training for global finance transformation initiatives at Fortune 500 clients. Sarah launched the Chicago chapter of KPMG’s Asian Pacific Islander Network [APIN] in 2005 and currently sits on the Advisory Board for the National APIN network where she contributes to the creation of strategies for professional development, mentoring and corporate social responsibility. Sarah has a Masters’ degree in Organization Behavior with concentrations in Organization Development and Management in a Professional Technical Environment; certificates in Organization Development (OD) and Training and Development; and is currently a doctoral student at Benedictine University in OD where she is focusing her research on the impact of globalization on corporate strategy.
