Sarah Schlafly

CEO of Mighty Cricket, FoodTech & HealthTech Entrepreneur

Sarah Schlafly is the founder and CEO of Mighty Cricket, a next generation protein company tackling the challenges of unsustainable food systems and food inequities.

Schlafly is talented at getting people to understand different perspectives, accept change, and take action. She is the granddaughter of late political activist Phyllis Schlafly. Growing up in a strongly conservative environment, Schlafly learned how to bridge the divide between conservative values and liberal movements. She applies her unique skill set to leading the sustainable foods industry.

A seasoned entrepreneur and speaker, Schlafly has been featured in Inc. Magazine and appeared on multiple TV cooking segments airing on Fox. In 2014 Schlafly received an award from Wharton School of Business for her social enterprise.

Schlafly inspires audiences with her stories backpacking the world as a solo female, pollinating progressive ideas across conservative circles, and getting Americans of all ages to try a protein source that many would otherwise find repulsive—cricket.
